Dedicated professionals driving our success

Cathleen Brentnall

Qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

She completed her education at Western Oregon University in 1998 and worked in a variety of helping roles since then — including several years in community-based, grant-funded projects supporting people through trauma, loss, and life transitions.

Over the last three years, she has focused on providing online counselling, helping clients find safety and clarity wherever they are. 

She completed professional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) in 2025, an evidence-based therapy for trauma and distressing experiences.
