It depends on your goals and the issues you’d like to work on. Some people benefit from a few focused sessions, while others prefer longer-term support.

Yes. Many clients find online therapy equally effective — and more flexible and comfortable. Research supports the effectiveness of online EMDR and talk therapy.

No — EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) can also help with anxiety, self-esteem issues or distressing experiences that still affect you. 

Currently, I offer sessions to clients within the UK only.
