In this group you will:
- Share what's really happening - the hard stuff, the messy moments
- Learn practical ways to stay regulated when your child is dysregulated
- Understand your child's nervous system - and your own
- Learn somatic exercises and tools for self-regulation
- Access EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and EF (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or "tapping") trauma-informed tools to release triggers and find relief
- Rebuild confidence in yourself as a parent
- Leave with greater capacity and courage to face what comes next
- Know you are held, heard and not alone
