Support Group - Neurodivergent / Challenging Children

You are not alone in this - I gently acknowledge you with admiration

Parenting a child on the spectrum, with sensory sensitivities, strong will or high sensitivity can feel isolating. You show up every day, you try your best - and some days it still feels like you're drowning.


In this group you will:

  • Share what's really happening - the hard stuff, the messy moments
  • Learn practical ways to stay regulated when your child is dysregulated
  • Understand your child's nervous system - and your own
  • Learn somatic exercises and tools for self-regulation
  • Access EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing) and EF (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or "tapping") trauma-informed tools to release triggers and find relief
  • Rebuild confidence in yourself as a parent
  • Leave with greater capacity and courage to face what comes next
  • Know you are held, heard and not alone


This group is for you if your child has...

Autism - ADHD - PDA - Anxiety - Sensory needs -- or is simply deeply spirited.

We meet with hope, honesty, faith and real tools, to help you heal and show up stronger.
